PROPOSITION OF A MATHEMATICAL PROGRAMMING MODEL FOR ALLOCATING HUMAN RESOURCES CONSIDERING MULTIPLE FACTORS AND USING DIFFERENT HEURISTICS

Human Resource Allocation (HRA) can be defined as the way professionals are distributed across organization’s tasks, given that each individual has his/her own set of characteristics, and task specific needs. Thus, this paper puts forward a mathematical programming model for allocating human resources considers employees’ formal qualifications experience possibility employees sharing tasks in project. The proposed was designed implemented according to heuristics based on Greedy Search (GS), Genetic Algorithm, Cosine Pigeon- Inspired Optimizer an Iterated Local (ILS), solve small, medium large random instances. it verified which had best performance certain indicators, such resolution time average quality solutions found. Finally, they were also compared with optimal solution obtained small medium-sized instances, results ILS, although these not too far from those GS.
